Context

GreenShift had a product but no marketing site. They were burning ad spend on a single page that didn't explain what they actually did. They needed to launch fast, but also needed to understand what was working so they could iterate.

Approach

We built a modular landing page system rather than one monolithic page. Each section was independently testable. Analytics was baked in from day one—not an afterthought. We launched the MVP in 3 weeks and spent week 4 on the first round of optimizations.
