Bistro Laurent is a popular neighborhood restaurant in Antwerp struggling with phone-tag reservations and high no-show rates. Their site was slow, the menu was a PDF, and mobile visitors bounced before finding the booking button.

Approach
We treated the site as a conversion tool with one job: get butts in seats. Mobile-first redesign put the reservation button above the fold. We rebuilt the menu as structured data (great for SEO) and added smart confirmation flows with SMS reminders.
